These terms apply to your use of the Slypr website. By visiting the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your use of the site is also subject to the laws applicable where the operator is established.

Slypr is a pre-launch product that is still under development. Right now, the only thing this website does is let you join a waitlist by submitting your email address. The Slypr app itself is not yet available.

Everything described here reflects the site as it exists today and may change as the product evolves.

You can join the waitlist by entering your email address, or by continuing with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook. When you do, you agree to provide an accurate email address that you own and control.

Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest, not a promise from us. It does not guarantee any of the following:

• access to Slypr, or a reserved spot
• a particular launch date or timing
• specific pricing, plans, or discounts
• specific features or functionality

All of these are subject to change or cancellation at any time. We may use the email you provide to contact you about the launch and related updates.

When using the site, you agree not to:

• submit someone else's email or personal data without their permission
• abuse the signup form or use automated means to submit entries
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure

The Slypr name, branding, logos, and the content on this site are owned by the operator. Viewing the site does not grant you any license or right to use these beyond simply accessing and reading the site.

The site, and any future Slypr product, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This is pre-release software and a pre-launch offering.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the waitlist at any time, without notice and without liability to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or the waitlist.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
