Privacy Policy

Slypr is a pre-launch site. Right now it is a simple landing page with a waitlist. This policy explains what we collect when you join that waitlist, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.

The short version: the only personal detail we keep is your email address, and we keep it for one reason — to let you know when Slypr is ready.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address — either typed into the waitlist form, or shared with us when you choose to continue with Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
• Limited technical metadata— the page you came from (referring URL), your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time you signed up.

If you sign in with a social provider, we receive your email address and basic profile information from them, but we store only your email address. Nothing else from your profile is kept.

We use your email for a single purpose: to contact you about early access and the launch of Slypr. That is the only thing we do with it.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the waitlist. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

You can join using Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook. When you do, that provider shares your email address and basic profile details with us so we can add you to the waitlist. As noted above, we retain only your email address.

Your use of these sign-in options is also governed by each provider's own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy, the LinkedIn Privacy Policy, and the Facebook Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your data.

Slypr uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to function and are always on. Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager — help us understand, in aggregate, how the page is used so we can make it calmer and clearer.

Analytics cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no Google Analytics scripts run and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Your use of these Google services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it only with service providers who act on our behalf — for example, an email or webhook service that helps us store your entry and send you a launch notice. These processors may only use your data to provide that service to us.

Your details are currently held in a simple datastore; we plan to move to a production database before launch. In all cases we apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information against loss or unauthorized access.

We keep your email only until Slypr launches, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Once it is no longer needed, or once you request removal, we delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Because we keep so little, this is usually straightforward.

To remove yourself from the waitlist, you can request deletion of your data, or contact us directly using the details below.

Slypr is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, please contact us and we will remove their information.

As Slyprmoves toward launch, we may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page to reflect the change.
